It's the way you say I love you and the way you hold my
hand
There’s just so much about you I completely understand
It’s the twinkle in your eye that I only see when you look at me
It's the warmness of your hands it sends a shock straight
to my feet
It's how you always amaze me, you surprise me all day long
This I know is true
Baby, I'm in love with you!
Happy
Valentine's Day all my friends. Above is
one of my favorite Valentine poems and I feel, at the touch of the love,
everyone becomes a poet. At this day, the environment is so pink and red, with
red roses and balloons all around, scattering the scent of love everywhere on
this beautiful day of love. It is just love in the air, everywhere. It is
really a nice feeling to see a lot of love all around the world, on this
Valentine's day and I think you all know the advent of this day.
When
the christian saint (called Saint Valentine), was in jail for he was
performing weddings for soldiers who were forbidden to marry. While that time ,
he is said to have healed the daughter of his jailer and before his death, he
wrote " from your Valentine " as a farewell to her and thus begins
the Valentine's day today as an official feast day worldwide, when all express
their deep love to their so much loved ones. This is a day full of romance,
flowers and of course not to forget about chocolates. Chocolates, flowers and
kisses are all the signs of romance. So friends, though must be on a hurry to
reach out to your Valentine or your any loved one, get a small time out
to check out this Valentine's Day special post on how chocolate is more brain stimulating than a kiss.
You
know what friends to say honestly, I thought the other way round that a kiss
would stimulate one's brain more than a chocolate could. But i was wrong as the
vice-versa is true.
There are two types of brain activity: Feeling relaxed and
alert through the action of alpha bands and feeling alert while still being
anxious which through the activity of the beta bands.
It
is exciting to say that chocolate and
kissing has one more thing in common rather than being a symbol
of romance, which stimulating an increase
in alertness and relaxation through the action of those alpha bands in people
kissing and in those eating chocolate. But here is the fact that did
sound like ambrosia to me which is chocolate
stimulated the alpha bands more than kissing, thus, chocolate stimulated
alertness together with relaxation than the act of kissing which also lasted
longer than that of kissing. Also, chocolate at the same time dampened the
stress stimulating beta bands than that of kissing.
So,
now let reveal why chocolate is actually doing so: Chocolates essentials components are sugar and fat, and
it is known that foods high in sugar, fat and salts release dopamine in our
brain which consequently makes a person high. Also, caffeine and theobromine in
chocolate are mental stimulants, phenylethylamine which known to raise our
blood pressure and heart rate.
Chocolate also have something sexy about it, that its silky
texture gives a feeling of high pleasure and the quality that it melts at the
body temperature slowly, which not only prolongs our enjoyment but also
stimulates a sense of smelling, another thing found in common with kissing.
Chocolate also has anti-oxidants and good for our heart's health through its
link to a low blood pressure.
So
friends, what are you thinking about? With all these stimulating and health
benefit property, and in this romantic season of Valentine's Day, should
not you be with your valentine now doing both of the jobs!
Saying goodbye
for today friends but while going I want to share with you one of my favorite
valentine quotes: My heart for you , my
valentine true.
Enjoy
your Day of Valentine with your loved ones and till my next post, keep
blogging, stay healthy and share your passionate thoughts with us.
